Rental Policy

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, VISA, personal checks and cash.
A signed contract and valid driving license are required to rent equipment.

Delivery Policy

Equipment delivery is a “for-fee service.” The fee is determined by both the driving distance and staffing requirements. If you need a delivery, please contact us for a quote in advance for your rental needs.

Commercial Accounts

Opening an Account

A Commercial Account Credit Application must be completely filled out and submitted to Utica Rent-All. (Click on highlighted text to see and/or print application.)

Qualifications & Conditions

Account balance must be paid in full and current.
Account must be “active”.
Account not used within a 12 month period will be closed.
If your Commercial Account is closed, then you will need to submit a new Commercial Account Credit Application to establish credit.
